During mine, I struggled with physical and mental health issues that slowly took over my life. Western medicine didn’t seem to help, so as a last resort I tried daily meditation. 

Regular meditation noticeably improved my health and gave me tools to better manage stress. We’re all self healers. mindfulness can help you tap into it.
